Statmile is a B2B market intelligence platform for the electric vehicle industry. The Service provides:
Access to the platform requires a verified account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@statmile.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes, including internal research, market analysis, and report generation. You may not:
Statmile uses AI models to generate market analysis summaries. This content is generated automatically based on the underlying data and is provided for informational purposes only.
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Statmile does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify material findings before acting on them.
Statmile aggregates data from third-party sources that may themselves contain errors, revisions, or gaps. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee that any data point is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Source attribution is displayed on all charts and reports. Users are encouraged to consult the original sources for critical applications.
You may import your own datasets into the platform. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading data, you represent that you have the rights to use and process it, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Statmile does not claim ownership of data you import and will not share it with other users.
The Statmile platform, including its design, software, and proprietary features, is owned by Statmile and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
Reports and charts you generate using the platform may be used freely for your internal business purposes and in client-facing materials, provided appropriate source attribution is maintained.
Paid plans are billed annually. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@statmile.com within 14 days of a charge to discuss a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statmile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business decisions made based on platform data, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
